The holiday season is upon us, and in the spirit of giving and gratitude, we wanted to share a few opportunities that we are very grateful for over the past few months. Growing a digital marketing agency—or any business—is no easy task, but the amazing community that you become a part of as a business owner is one of our favorite perks.
Building positive relationships with and supporting other SMBs makes the day-to-day grind more worthwhile. We have had the pleasure of working with some awesome companies and organizations lately that we would love to share with you.
I got to participate in my FIRST ever podcast with Donald Kelly, the Sales Evangelist. Donald is also a South Florida local who is in the business of helping business owners, so we get along great. He helps new sellers, sales leaders, and even seasoned veterans find and use the right tools and strategies to close more deals and make more money. Check out our podcast on selecting the right digital marketing firm here. If you’re in need of some guidance on better sales techniques, I would recommend Donald 100%.
Have you heard of Pledge 1%? This awesome organization helps businesses small and large across the globe give back to their communities and to those in need by helping them make tangible goals to make a difference. We had the opportunity to share how we’ve put the Pledge 1% Model into action here at LoSoMo for their recent Pledge It Forward campaign. Want to join us and others like Salesforce, Yelp, and Optimizely in pledging 1% of time, product, profit, and equity? Pledge now.
As big believers in finding ways to do things better, we loved getting to know founders Danie and Korrie over at Invibed—a wealth management company that focuses their service on us 20-30 somethings that have no clue how to manage finances. *cough MILLENNIALS cough* When they asked me to share some wisdom about how I turned my side hustle into a company, I was thrilled! Want to learn how they can help you? Take their quiz (what millennial doesn’t love taking quizzes?)
We love being a part of a local community that is so aware and supportive of their local business owners. Thanks to the Delray Newspaper and Boca Raton Newspaper for featuring us in their recent Biz Briefs.
Last but not least, we’re grateful for you. Thank you for checking in, following along, and joining us in our journey. We truly appreciate your support. Do you know of an awesome company or organization that we should check out? Leave us a comment or let us know on social media.
Happy Holidays to you and yours,
President of LoSoMo Inc.
